Who's Behind This Site

Hi, I'm Lalit S, and I run Health Wellness Daily.

I want to be straight with you from the first line, because health information is exactly where honesty matters most: I'm not a doctor, nurse, or licensed medical professional. I'm a researcher and writer who got tired of health articles that were either too shallow to be useful or too dense to understand, and often couldn't tell you where their claims came from.

So I built this site to do one thing well: take a specific, everyday health question, read what credible sources actually say about it, and explain it in plain language while showing you exactly where the information comes from so you can check it yourself and bring it to your own doctor.

What This Site Is And Isn't

What it is: carefully researched, clearly sourced, plain-language guides on nutrition, sleep, blood sugar, fitness, mental health, and everyday wellness. Medical claims should be tied to credible sources such as the CDC, NIH, Mayo Clinic, professional medical bodies, peer-reviewed research, and other authoritative references.

What it isn't: medical advice. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and no article can account for your personal medical history. Think of these guides as preparation for a better conversation with a qualified professional, not a replacement for one.

If you're dealing with a specific symptom or health decision, please talk to a clinician who can examine you and knows your history.

How We Research And Write

We start with a real question people are actually asking, then read what authoritative sources say about it, including public health agencies, professional medical associations, and peer-reviewed studies.

We cite sources inline. If we say something about a condition, symptom, or recommendation, we link to where that comes from. If we can't source a claim credibly, we don't publish it.

We use AI as a drafting and research tool, and a human reviews and fact-checks every article before it's published. AI helps organize and draft; it does not get the final say. A person checks every claim against its source and takes responsibility for what goes live.

We update articles when guidance changes and note when each piece was last reviewed. If a licensed clinician reviews an article in the future, we will say so clearly and name them. Until then, we rely on transparent sourcing and honest positioning rather than credentials we do not have.

Our Commitment To You

We source every health claim. No vague 'studies show' language without a link to the source.

We tell you what we don't know. Health evidence can be uncertain, mixed, or population-specific, and we won't pretend otherwise.

We don't sell false certainty. No miracle cures, no fear-mongering, and no one-weird-trick health claims.

We correct mistakes. If we get something wrong, email contact@healthwellnesdaily.com and we will review it, fix it when warranted, and clarify the update.
